I feel I've been MIA for a while, so here's the mega exciting (not really) latest and greatest.
(and this will be highly disjointed writing as Dean is in the tub right now. YES, I am one of those moms).
The weekend of Dean's Birthday I had a horrible sinus infection. The infection is gone, but I still have a cold. It's a million times better though. No more wanting to smash my head against the pavement to relieve the pressure. That's a good sign.
Another good sign. We may be in Pennsylvania on Saturday...someone is buying Chris's car, as long as the No more Lien paperwork gets here from Mazda before the buyer changes his mind. BUYER BEWARE...and in this case, BUYER BE PATIENT (pretty please).
On a normal day, here is my agenda:
(and if any of you would like to break this pattern of hell for me, you are MORE THAN WELCOME to stop by.) Feed child, gym, shower, get child to school, study for math test (Monday!), hunt for unicorns (better known as look for job), pick up house, pick child up, entertain child, drink, eat, sleep. Exactly in that order. If I fail this test on Monday, I don't even care anymore, it will just make the job search have more focus.
The one thing about basically being a stay at home mom I've learned....you miss your friends and adult interaction, hell, you miss your amusing enemies.
I filed for my unemployment extension....my last payment was Monday. Let's hope that works out. There's not enough Xanax for that not to happen.
Oh, and one thing we did last weekend...we pretended that we had money, just for 1 day, and GAWD was that fucking awesome. Just like old times. I felt human again. We impulse shopped, we went out to eat at the Wellington Pub on Long Lake and Rochester...that was our first time there. AWESOME. Nice atmosphere, great food. Even if the server was a bit strange (are you gay or just....a Eunuch perhaps? I'm not exactly sure, but my wine is good, so I don't really care). If you are in the area, totally worth it.
And we'll meet you there...if you're buying.

good to hear from you!!!
